Today I will be reviewing my little pony the movie. From a Brony's point of view it was quite an enjoyable experience, but for anyone who are not fans of the series would feel bored at watching this.

Twilight sparkle and her friends were very busy preparing for a friendship festival over at cantelot. Suddenly out of nowhere the storm king’s commander tempest shadow arrived demanding magic from all four of the princesses for the storm king. However, only twilight sparkle and he friends run away hoping to seek help fro the queen of the hippogriphs hoping to defeat the storm king and his army.

From a Brony's point of view, the movie had some fun new characters, some enjoyable songs that bronies would like, animation that really brings my little pony to the big screen. The story was a lot of fun and any brony would most likely have an enjoyable time at the cinema.

To be fair, what I didn't like about it was that this is not the type of film that anyone who is not fans of the show could enjoy as well, because the film didn't feel like something that could blow anyone away unlike Disney's frozen and Moana, and the villains feel mostly like copying and pasting of the villains from the show. I think I'd have liked it better if the movie felt more energetic. The pacing, writing and atmosphere made it feel sluggish.

The film is not the type of movie that anyone other than bronies can enjoy as much as frozen, Moana and many other films from Disney. And the film could have worked best for me if it felt more original both in characters and story. Hopefully, that is for a possible sequel that is on the way.

I felt satisfied the moment i got out the cinema to have finally seen a movie from a show that I'm a very big fan of, and I would highly recommend it to fans of the series but not those who aren't.

There was some flashing images and some unpleasant noises, for instance there was some loud noises during the climactic battle.

Anyone who would like to see this movie should watch as many episodes of MLP FIM as possible, and decide as to whether or not you are a fan of the show.
